Property Details: A beautiful waterfront property in New London, NH.  We offer ten unique, well appointed guest rooms.  Complete with wireless internet, central air-conditioning, we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  A full and continental breakfast as well as afternoon tea are included with your stay.  Be sure to make time to have dinner at the inn too.  Chef MacKenzie prepares a wonderful gourmet five course dinner, five nights a week.    The inn offers two canoes, one rowboat and a two person kayak for guests to borrow during their stay.

Policys:
A deposit of $50.00 per night, per room is required when reserving a room.  Cancellation Policy:  The deposit is 90% refundable if notice of cancellation is given at least 14 days in advance of the reservation.  Once within 14 days of reservations the guest will forfeit the deposit.  

Children are welcome.

There is a $25.00 per adult/child in a room beyond two guests.

No smoking inn.  

Weekends are a two night minimum in the high season.  A three night minimum applies during Columbus Day Weekend in October.
