Walk out the door and you'll find the old rail bed which formerly serviced passengers from Claremont to Concord. There you can enjoy hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling. The trail also leads to Lake Sunapee beach.  On the weekend you'll enjoy  a full country breakfast with juice, fresh fruit, freshly baked pastries and a choice of two main courses. A credit card is required to secure a reservation.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
cash and personal checks are acceptable forms of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to our limited size, cancellations have a serious impact on us.  As such, we adhere to a strict two week (14 day) cancellation policy.  Cancellations made with less than a two week notice may be charged a cancellation fee of no less than one night's room charge.  We will, in all instances, try to "re-sell" any portion of the cancelled space in order not to charge a cancellation fee.  "No Shows" will automatically be charged a one night cancellation fee, even if the room is re-sold. All confirmed reservations are considered guaranteed.
